You or a loved one at the hospital? Need a notary on-site? I’m your guy! I’ve been providing mobile notary services to hospital visitors all over atlanta for over 10 years. I come equipped with all you need to get your legal documents notarized, authenticated or officiated.

In certain cases, the person needing to sign a legal document may not be able to do so. Therefore, we must determine the best way to proceed. There are a few options to consider:

  1. Is a power of attorney already in place?
  2. Will a thumb print + affidavit satisfy the legal document requirement?
  3. Can a care-taker submit an affidavit to allow a power of attorney to take effect?
  4. Is a court order needed to satisfy the legal requirement of a power attorney?

All circumstances are unique and may require one or several alternatives to complete a legal requirement.

While a notary cannot provide legal advice, I can tell you what other clients have done in the past and this may serve as a guide.
